Title of this subdoc in the Word doc is actually 'Enhancing productivity' but the bullet points on other pages suggest 'enhancing business performace' instead?

Could perhaps look at case in bullet points and compare with other pages, and take out the full stops, or add full stops to all. Make each point title case? All sentence case? Neither (all lower case)?
