More and more creativity and innovation are the mark of successful organisations. However, how do organisations foster creativity, encourage staff to be creative, and develop the necessary skills and attitudes in staff to allow creativity to blossom. MY Consultants offers courses which are focussed at enabling managers to facilitate more effectively and to encourage creativity within there staff and stakeholders. MY Consultants facilitation skills courses also aim to develop individuals’ skills by equipping them with a range of techniques for facilitating a wide range of problems and participants. A typical course will include training in techniques such as:

Structured brainstorming (e.g. 6-3-5 Brainwriting)
Idea generation techniques (Disney idea generation model)
Visual techniques for mapping out problems and solutions (Forcefield analysis, rich pictures)
Process mapping
Decision making techniques
